As part of the programme of works being undertaken by Operation Resilience we will be carrying out carriageway resurfacing of the A30 London Road/Cricket Hill Roundabout near Yateley. The works are programmed to start 20 September 2012 and are expected to last for 4/5 week night shifts between 8pm and 6am. Work will not take place on Saturday or Sunday nights.
In order to undertake the works safely it will be necessary to close the Cricket Hill Lane/Vigo Lane & A327 Minley Road approaches/exits of the roundabout during working hours only. The A30 itself will remain open and managed under 2 way traffic signals.
There will be diversions in place to direct traffic via the B3272 Reading Road from the Cricket Hill end, and via Fleet & Hartley Wintney for traffic diverted from the A327 Minley Road.
Information signs advising road users of the works have been erected on site. A letter will be sent to local residents and an email will be sent to Yateley Town Council to advise them accordingly. Should any delays occur that will impact on the dates shown above, the information signs on site will be updated.
