Temporary Road closures from May 17th

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads –
1. A30 LONDON ROAD, HOOK – A287 Hook Common to Station Road
(For approx. 5 nights – diversion via A287 Hook Common, Station Road, Griffin Way South, A30 London Road)
2. B3013 MINLEY ROAD – A3013 Cove Road to A327 Minley Road including junctions with Ancells Road & Elvetham Heath Access Road
(For approx. 3 nights to resurface roundabout and also up to 3 days for carriageway improvement works North of Blackbushes Road – diversion via A327 Minley Road, A3013 Cove Road)
3. KENT ROAD, FLEET – Kings Road to Avondale Road
(For approx. 3 days – diversion via Acondale Road, Pinewood Hill & Kings Road)
4. COURTMOOR AVENUE, FLEET – Greenways junction to end of cul-de-sac/No.19 (For approx. 3 weeks – no alternative route but managed access arrangements will be in place for residents)
5. ASHLEA, HOOK – whole extent (For approx. 3 weeks – no alternative route but managed access arrangements will be in place for residents)
6. HILLSIDE ROAD, ODIHAM – A287 Farnham Road to Long Lane
(For approx. 3 days – diversion via Cemetery Hill/King Street, High Street, A287 Farnham Road)
7. WHITEHILL, LONG SUTTON – Well Lane to Copse Lane
(For approx. 3 days – diversion via Well Lane, Froyle Road, Copse Lane)
8. A323 READING ROAD SOUTH, FLEET – Fleet Road to A323 Aldershot Road
(For approx. 2 days off peak – diversion via Fleet Road, Kings Road, A323 Aldershot Road)
9. KINGS ROAD, FLEET – A323 Aldershot Road to A3013 Fleet Road
(For approx. 5 days off peak – diversion via A323 Aldershot Road, A323 Reading Road South, A3013 Fleet Road)

Footnote: Regulation to include the suspension of on-street parking. ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: During the period of any closure, the diversion route will be signed.

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 17th May 2013 FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS or until completion of works, whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closures will be required for no longer than the period noted above with the list of roads to be closed).
With the exception of any emergency works, all closures will be notified a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and diversion routes will be signed at the time of closure.
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the works is being carried out.
